Welcome to the Colorado West Hunter Jumper Association (CWHJA)
The Colorado West Hunter Jumper Association (CWHJA) was created to provide hunter/jumper riders on the western slope with quality, affordable competitions close to home. CWHJA acts as the sanctioning body and offers year end awards in its rated divisions which include jumpers, hunters, ponies and equitation. CWHJA is an affiliated member of USEF.
We also offer special classes to receive points for front range shows sanctioned by CHJA, and the Colorado Horse Show Association. Divisions are geared to all levels of riders as well as their specified classes from open jumpers, cross rails and Hunter derbies.
We service the entire western slope which includes Aspen/Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, Silt, Delta, Montrose, Meeker, Steamboat Springs and Grand Junction.
